It’s common for Indonesians to order avocado juice (besides sweet iced tea and orange juice) after a meal. With the addition of chocolate sweetened condensed milk, it certainly add the deliciousness. Apparently, not only delicious, avocado also has benefits for your health. Let’s see some of the benefits.

1. Avocados contain healthy fats

Replace mayonnaise with avocado cream on your sandwich. Avocado contains 4 grams of healthy monounsaturated fats (which can lower cholesterol), 2 grams of fiber, and 1 gram of protein per ounce, making it lower in fat, more beneficial than other creams.

2. Increase satiety

Eating good fats helps slow the emptying of the stomach, which makes you satiate longer and delays the return of hunger. In one recent study, volunteers assessed satisfaction and appetite after meals at a dinner with or without avocado.
