Coffee is the most popular drink in the world. Thanks to the high level of nutrients and beneficial nutrients, coffee is also quite healthy. Studies show that coffee drinkers have a much lower risk of several serious diseases. Let’s check it out.

1. Prevent Liver Cirrhosis

In addition to stopping alcohol consumption, research shows that consuming of liver cirrhosis is 66%, especially cirrhosis caused by non-viral hepatitis. Findings in Hepatology, a journal published by Wiley on behalf of the American Association for the Study of Liver Disease, fruit juices, and soft drinks are not associated with cirrhosis of death.

2. Lower Risk of Type 2 Diabetes

Those who consumed 6 cups of coffee or more per day had an additional 22% lower diabetes. Review of the latest research conducted by Dr. Harvard’s Frank Hu showed that type II diabetes decreased by 9% for every cup of daily coffee consumed. Decaffeinated coffee reduces compensation by 6% per cup.

3. Coffee drinkers have less risk of heart disease.

Korean researchers found that study participants who consumed 3 to 5 cups of coffee a day were less likely to show the beginning signs of heart disease. A more recent study conducted in Brazil found that those that consume at least three cups of coffee a day tend to develop less calcification in their coronary arteries.

4. Prevent you from Alzheimer’s and Dementia

Alzheimer’s disease is the most common neurodegenerative disease and the main cause of dementia worldwide. This condition usually affects people over 65 years, and no drugs are known. However, there are several things you can do to prevent the disease from happening. This includes eating healthy and exercising, but drinking coffee can be very effective too. Several studies have shown that coffee drinkers have a pattern of Alzheimer’s disease up to 65% lower.

Caffeine affects every person differently, so if you experience any negative side effects, consider cutting your coffee consumption accordingly.
