1. Drinking Tea

An easy way to make your body relax is by drinking tea. Some herbal teas do have health benefits such as lowering blood pressure and relieving stress.

2. Train breathing

Anxiety or stress can actually be overcome by taking a deep breath and then being released like a Yoga practice. Through this way of breathing, the body gets more oxygen, the blood flows more smoothly, and the mind and body become more relaxed.

3. Massage

Massage helps relieve the burden of the mind and eliminate aches after activity. Working all day can make the muscles stiff and tense. Massaging will help to relax more. The trick is to apply a soft lotion or olive oil first, then massage gently from the start of the muscles of the hands, feet, and back.

4. Soaking

Soaking can be done before bed or weekend. Soaking before bed can warm the body so that it improves the quality of sleep well. Warm water can be mixed with a little olive oil into soaking water to keep the skin moist.

5. Aromatherapy

Using aromatherapy like oranges, lavender fragrance, and many other fresh fragrances that can relax the body and eliminate stress. Brush and massage lavender oil at nerve center points, such as the neck, inner wrist, and temples before going to bed.
