Probably so many Oatlovers has avoid drinking coffee for health reasons. Actually, drinking coffee do not need to be shunned completely, Oatlovers.

However there are many health benefits behind one cup of coffee.
Based on reasearch we found, coffee can reduce the risk of heart attack. People just need to sip three to five cups of coffee per day and it can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

What is cardiovascular disease? It is generally refers to conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels that can lead to a heart attack, chest pain (angina) or stroke.

Studies have shown that coffee may have health benefits, including protecting against Parkinson’s disease, type 2 diabetes and liver disease, including liver cancer. Coffee also appears to improve cognitive function and decrease the risk of depression
