Steps to Decrease the Bloated Stomach

3. Sit-Up and Push-Up

4. Consumption of lime tea

If you like drinking tea, mix with a little lime juice. Simply prepare a tea bag and dip it into a glass of hot water, brew and mix the orange juice into it. This drink is powerful to burn fat in the stomach, do it regularly every day.

5. Limit high sugar levels

We have to organize foods that are high in sugar. There are two kinds of sugar contained in the diet: glucose and fructose. Fructose can only be metabolized in the liver in certain doses. If we consume foods and drinks with high sugar levels, our liver will not be able to metabolize all fructose, causing fat to accumulate in the stomach.

6. Consumption of honey and ginger

Honey is known to have many properties to prevent and treat some diseases and honey can be useful to shrink the belly. Honey contains substances that can burn fat in the body indirectly.

For ginger is naturally able to suppress the appetite, so we can reduce food intake easily because they feel not too hungry. How to make it also quite easy to mix 3 tablespoons honey and 2 tablespoons of ginger juice into a glass and brewed with hot water, drink 2 days.
