Tips Caring Hair with Yoghurt

This dairy product contains protein, zinc, and lactic acid. Protein is important for maintaining the health of the hair shaft. While zinc and lactic acid promote blood circulation to the scalp. It is known that smooth blood circulation can help stimulate hair growth. In addition, natural oils in yoghurt can make hair softer, healthier and shiny. 1. Yoghurt and Turmeric Hair Mask

The way to overcome this is to take one cup of yoghurt and a spoonful of turmeric powder into it. Add a spoonful of lemon juice and stir it together. 2. Yoghurt and Rose Hair Mask

After the rose petals are dried, grind them to a fine powder. Then take two tablespoons of yoghurt and add four spoons of rose petal powder. Apply to the scalp and wait for 20 minutes. Mix all ingredients together and apply mask to hair and wash thoroughly after 15 minutes.

4. Yoghurt and Orange Hair Mask

Yoghurt and orange hair masks are recommended for people who want to quickly grow hair. Using this hair mask can help increase hair growth and also strengthen hair follicles. How to take a few orange peels and dry them in the sun. Grind the orange peel to get a fine powder. Then, take half a cup of yoghurt and add orange peel powder after that apply on the scalp. Wait 1 hour and clean with warm water. Do this every day so that your hair grows quickly.

5. Yoghurt and Curry Leaf Mask

Yoghurt and curry leaf masks can help prevent excessive hair loss. Take 20-25 curry leaves and dry them in the sun. Then crush together so that it becomes a fine powder. Take one cup of yoghurt and add curry leaf powder to it. Mix the two ingredients together and apply the mask to the hair. After that, wash thoroughly with warm water. Using yoghurt and curry leaf masks not only helps treat hair loss but also proves to be an excellent remedy for gray hair.
